Lexia PowerUp Literacy

Lexia® PowerUp Literacy™ is an adolescent literacy program designed to accelerate literacy gains for struggling and non-proficient Tier 2 and Tier 3 readers in grades 6 and above. It also benefits students not identified Tier 2 or Tier 3 who could use extra practice in Academic Language, Grammar, Deep Reading and Text Analysis.

PowerUp was developed specifically for struggling and non-proficient readers in grades 6-12. The content of the program is rooted in research about adolescent learners and built on a pedagogical framework that supports their unique learning needs.

The text choices and supplementary media content were carefully selected to be developmentally appropriate and relevant for readers in grades 6-12.
